We’re only able to provide 1-to-1 email or telephone support to families on our programmes.
If your child is on one of our programmes and you’ve sent an email or left a voicemail for your programme manager, you should expect a response by the following working day at the very latest.
The programme management team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Your programme manager may also be available to meet with you between 8am-9am or 5pm-6pm if you schedule the call in his/her calendar.
If your child is not on any of our programmes, we would kindly ask that you make use of this free support site. We’ve done our best to add all frequently asked questions to this free support site. If your question is not answered here, please let us know and if needed, we’ll make changes or updates to the site (usually within 7 days).
