Each year, we partner with top companies to create digital challenges which are designed to help young people aged 11-18, learn about a range of careers and gain online work experience.
Because these digital challenges can be accessed online, on-demand and on any device, they are much more accessible than in-person work experience. As part of these digital challenges, young people are able to learn about new careers and industries that they may have otherwise not considered.
A digital challenge will usually consist of between 4-7 challenge questions designed by industry experts; giving real-life scenarios with accompanying guidance and resources.
Young people participating in the challenges will be able to gain a certificate if they complete all challenge questions before the given deadline – this certificate may be used for their CV or personal statement.
Challenge finalists will usually be invited to visit our challenge partners at their head office/headquarters.
