I signed up to a free resource a few months ago and it’s not available anymore. Why is the download link not working? Can you re-send this to me?

We will not be able to fulfil any special requests to send a specific free resource to you. Please note that our resources are usually only free for a limited period.

We strongly advice that when you sign up for a free resource, you try to save this on your computer as soon as possible. After the free period, most of our free resources are either archived, moved to our online store or moved to the online learning hub for scholars on our paid or scholarship programmes.

From time to time, we may update and re-release a free download but this is at the discretion of our sales & marketing team. If you are looking for a particular free resource, it may be worth following us on one of our social media platforms so that you can know if/when this is re-released.
